Vision
Wagamama are kintsugi people, they have mastered the art of finding victory in imperfections. As a result their hugely welcoming team from acquisitions, F&B technical team and their exec chefs were a pleasure to partner as we embarked on a journey to help create a new range of cocktails which also would create a new sales line.
Mission
Wagamama had identified the need for a more premium offering with a clear vision for cocktails that could menu match flavours. At the heart of the brief was also the need for cocktails to be delivered easily and with speed of service consistently every time whilst not skimping on presentation.
DELIVERY
We went away and spent many hours playing with flavours, ingredients, processes and delivery mechanisms to fulfil the complex needs of the various stakeholders to ensure whatever the final flavour it would continue to deliver for Wagamama as they deliver the gold standard in high street hospitality.
CONFIDENCE & SUCCESS
Buoyed by the success, consistency and financials, we have worked alongside this high street powerhouse to develop a further three drinks. We now deliver four premium cocktails to over 180 restaurants every week. We are also now in the process of delivering a No & Low drink for their portfolio.
